Every new client begins with a Discovery Week: five days of intensive knowledge capture and agreement on what is required to be ready when you need capacity. Returning clients after six months receive a shorter refresh.

Prepaid Flexibility

Buy days upfront and use them flexibly before they expire.

  • • Flex 10: 10 days, valid for 90 days
  • • Flex 20: 20 days, valid for 6 months
  • • Days scheduled as needed
  • • Expiry keeps engagements focused

Monthly Subscriptions

Guaranteed availability with discounts on additional days.

  • • Subscription S: 1 day/month included
  • • Subscription M: 2 days/month included
  • • Subscription L: 4 days/month included
  • • Unused days roll over within limits

Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 months, with 30 days notice to cancel.

Long enough for actionable output, short enough that you’re not locked in.

Unused days roll over for up to 2 months; rolled-over days expire on cancellation.
